absolutley terrible experience. the room was dirty and had someone’s hair in the sink, gross! also, I woudl have expected at least a welcome gift for the inconvenience. what a joke! I've stayed at many Marriott properties, and this one woudl ve been the worst. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Disappointingly, the website didn’t mention the hot tub had been filled in, which was a big factor in deciding to stay here. The pillows are far too thin, requiring you to stack multiple ones to achieve any comfort, which is inconvenient for a restful night. Additionally, while the bathroom facilities were adequate, the layout felt cramped for those who appreciate more space.

The room felt nice and spacious, with a modern touch. I loved how clean everything was. Having a fridge and microwave across from the closet made things easier. The beds were incredibly soft, though they might be a bit too soft for some. The outdoor space outside my 3rd floor room had lounge chairs and a small table, which would’ve been perfect for a sunny day – too bad the weather didn’t cooperate. One downside was the tiny bathroom, where the door nearly touched the toilet. Even with a restaurant just reopening, I didn’t get a chance to try it, but everything else was in decent shape, making it a good stay overall.

This was an excellent fit for a city holiday in Vestal with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff quickly helped me with extra towels when I asked, which was a nice touch. Check the local dining options nearby to make the most of your stay.

stayed at courtyards for one night and really enjoyed our family time! the hotel was very clean and had a nice indoor pool perfect for the kids. the staff was super nice and always ready to help, making our stay even better. it's also in a quiet part of town, just down the street from big box stores.
